About my training approach

•	Through consultation I will help you to determine the design, content and delivery of your programme. The most important consideration is to find what works best for you.
•	I am responsive to your needs and do my best to encourage learning in a stimulating and supportive atmosphere.
•	All programmes are highly participative and encourage you to develop your skills as you are trained.
•	Throughout the training, I consult with you to ensure that the programme continues to meet your learning needs.
•	In our training sessions, we speak English only.
